Dont Laugh... Its been working Great!!!

But its time to get off that old Windows 2000 box and get the newest Version....

We've managed to get it all up and running the the last thing to do is migrate our Distribution Lists to the new server. In the old version we can just open the Rcpt.ftg file and there are all the email address. When i try to import this into the "Members" section on the new server they wont import? In what format would i need to make these to import correctly?

Thank you,
Aaron Hughes

In order to import it should be a CSV file. At a minimum add a comma to the end of each of the addresses.

"Function as a distribution list

When this option in not checked, one message is generated addressed to all the list members (via BCC), and the To address in the header is shown as the list mailbox name. With the option checked a unique message is created for every list member and the To address is set to the address of the list member

Thank you for that extra bit of info!

When i try to import it in as a CSV i get a blank screen. I've even tried exporting the currently members deleting the ones in there and importing that list back in... nothing.
