Good Morning,

In web mail, is there a way to set up a mail box rule to send a reply to all incoming emails EXCEPT for those sent from the local domain ?

You can either create a rule that triggers on your domain, and use the "none of the rules match" option to invert it. Or you set up two rules, one that triggers on your local domain and stop processing, followed by one that does the reply.
