Hi,

Since a couple of updates ago the FTGate monitor will crash if I run with the log detail set to anything more than Warnings. Is there anyway around this as I find it extremely useful to run the monitor on our wallboard to keep an eye on things. But obviously need more detail in the logs if I need to refer back to them.

Thanks,

Kevin.

The most usual cause of a crashy is simply that the PC running the monitor cant keep up with the updates, and the windows control crashes.

Does the problem happen with a normal desktop PC using a monitor?

It seems to happen on any machine I run it on even the emailserver itself. To be fair it does route an awful amount of emails at certain times during the day. Are there any tweaks/changes I can make to make it a bit more reliable?

Kevin.
